Â
Many people believe that healing requires enormous effort.
Â
More discipline.
More protocols.
More pushing through resistance.
Â
But in my experience, the most profound transformations often begin with something much smaller.
Â
Recently, someone who is doing a deeper dive into alchemical work with me shared her experience after beginning a few simple exercises tailored to her personal patterns.
Â
Her feedback was remarkable.
Â
She said nothing had shifted her as much as doing these exercises alongside the alchemy work.
Â
She noticed several changes quickly:
Â
* Her brain felt clearer
* Her stomach felt flatter and more settled
* She felt more powerful
* A renewed sense of purpose began to emerge

### When the Body Becomes a Source of Frustration
Â
When we first began working together, her body had become a source of deep frustration.
Â
She is a highly successful person doing beautiful work in the world. Yet her relationship with her body had become strained...

# You Are Not Broken: Why Disease Is a Signal, Not a Sentence
Â
*What if everything you believed about illness was incomplete — and healing started with a completely different lens?*

## The Belief That Changes Everything
Â
Most of us grow up in a world that teaches us our bodies can betray us. We're handed diagnoses like verdicts, told what we have is chronic, genetic, or incurable — and we learn to see ourselves through the lens of brokenness.
Â
But what if that lens is wrong?
Â
Here is a foundational truth that reframes everything: **you are made of divine substance.** And because of that, it is impossible for you — at the deepest level — to be diseased. What we experience as disease is not a flaw in your design. It is an interruption. A signal. A place where the flow of wholeness has been temporarily disrupted.
Â
This is not spiritual bypassing. This is a profoundly practical understanding of how the body works — and why healing is always possible.

When people talk about the rise of hypothyroidism, the conversation usually goes in predictable directions.
Environmental toxins.
Food quality decline.
Nutrient deficiencies.
Stress.
Infections.
Genetics.
While these factors can certainly influence thyroid function, I don’t believe they are the true root cause of why so many people struggle with low thyroid function.
To understand the deeper cause, we first have to understand what the thyroid actually does.
The thyroid gland produces hormones that regulate energy metabolism in every cell of the body.
Every cell has a thyroid receptor.
This means thyroid hormone does far more than control weight or body temperature. It literally activates the energy processes that allow life to move through the body.
When thyroid hormone activates a cell, it increases oxygen use, energy production, and metabolic activity.
In other...
You cannot bring new life into your life any other way than through the body

Contractions started around 5:30am. I was birthing at home, so there was no rush, no need to be anywhere. I remember trying to go back to sleep. But then it was clear — every 10 minutes, a significant contraction. Eventually I got up, and things began to move. 6 minutes. 5 minutes. 3 minutes.
Â
My parents came and took my oldest so Rudy and I could just be together at home.
Â
They stayed at 3 minutes. Forever, it felt like. We were on the phone with the midwives and they asked, do you want us to come now? I said I thought they had time. They said they had one stop to make — to visit someone who’d just had a baby the day before — and then they’d come. The midwife chuckled and added:
Â
just so you know, babies can be born when contractions are 3 minutes apart.
Â
I remember saying okay. And feeling completely calm. Like: I’m fine.
Â
So we watched a movie — which was funny, because Rudy had to pause ...
So much is open to us in the truth of presence. This is what matters, where we are focused, where our attention is and how we are using that within us.
Â
I would love to support you if you are looking to increase your own experience of presenceÂ
I’m listening to Eckhart Tolle this morning as he tells the story of his awakening, and it reminded me of something I’ve seen again and again: we are so drawn to people who finally stop resisting.
Â
When I was young, I was drawn to the work of Emerson and Thoreau. As I listen to Eckhart, I realize it’s because there was no more resistance in them. They exemplify what it looks like to let go.
Â
When I let go of resisting my body—her weight, the pace she wanted to take—the release finally came. I let go of needing her to change. I let go of needing her to perform. And then the door opened.
Â
I’ve heard this echoed by so many people facing all kinds of challenges.
Â
When I met my husband at 20, I remember that just before meeting him, I decided I was done searching. I would just let it be. And then he appeared. I’ve heard the same story from others—when they stopped looking for love, love found them.
Â
It feels like one of the secrets of the universe is to *stop looking*.
And y...
ALL of my work is focused on reuniting us with our True Template and our Absolute Divine Brilliance. Trust in our body is key to this experience, yet, in all of my years in medicine, this has not been the focus of the majority of the classes or continuing education I have been offered.
If we don't get to do this, we can't truly be free.
Every time someone asks a health question on Facebook, people rush into the comments saying things like, *“You need more healthy fats!”* or *“Get rid of the seed oils!”* or *“Cut out this food, cut out that one.”*
Â
The problem? I almost never see those people ask a single question before they start giving advice.
Â
I see it constantly — in Facebook ads, from doctors, nutritionists, and functional medicine folks — over and over again. Which tells me something very important: those people aren’t assessing *the human.* They’re handing out the same plan to everyone. The same “fix.” The same “root cause.”
Â
But if you actually understand the body, you know that can be completely wrong.
Â
If someone has a **damp constitution**, adding more “healthy fats” is actually *contrary* to their body’s structure.
If someone’s cells are **cold and sluggish**, adding more fats will only slow them further.
If someone has a **deficient spleen**, and they’re told to “just eat more fruit,” “have ...
There’s a statement that the ancient healers were concerned with the reciprocity between us and God—or the Dao, or the Everything—while in the modern world, we’ve become more concerned with systems, processes, and pathways.
Â
I was reflecting on that this morning, because for me, my healing has been the product of a deeply developed relationship of reciprocity with God. I truly believe that my work strengthens God, and God’s work strengthens me. Many people don’t see it that way, and that’s okay—but this is my truth. It’s why I see the return of vitality in myself as the direct result of cultivating that relationship—further and further, deeper and deeper.
Â
This, to me, is the ultimate goal. Symptomology naturally reverses as that relationship is reestablished. The more that relationship deepens, the more trust I have. The more trust I have, the more centered I feel—the more energy, spaciousness, clarity, connection, truth, soul-play, and intimacy I can access. These are all downs...
### *The 3 Biggest Mistakes I Ever Made in My Healing Journey*
Â
The three biggest mistakes I ever made in my own healing journey were the very things that shaped my understanding of what true healing actually is.
Â
They were the ways I learned that control and healing cannot coexist.

### **1. I kept chasing diagnosis.**
Â
I wanted a name for my pain — a reason my body was “underperforming.”
If I could just identify *why*, I thought I could finally fix her.
Â
The truth, if I’m honest, was that I wanted to know *why I was gaining weight.*
Why I couldn’t keep it off.
Why it all felt so unfair.
Â
So I chased it.
Â
I did endless labs — thyroid, adrenals, liver pathways, candida, heavy metals.
Every new test was another hope that the mystery would finally be solved.
Â
But it never was.
Â
Because the truth wasn’t hidden in my bloodwork.
The truth was in my body.
And she was never broken — she was *protecting me*.
Â
Every dysfunction, every symptom, was a d...
